Luxury138 reserves the right to decline or place on hold any deposit that appears suspicious or does not comply with our anti-money laundering (AML) policy. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same member's name.

General conditions applicable to all Luxury138 bonuses:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn.

• The results of all RNG (Random Number Generator) games at Luxury138 are final and cannot be disputed.
• For live casino games, all decisions made by the dealer are final. Any disputes arising from technical errors will be investigated by our technical team.
• In the event of a technical failure or connection disruption during gameplay, Luxury138 will use system records to determine a fair match outcome.
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. You are responsible for ensuring all bet details are correct before confirming.
• The use of unauthorised software or methods to gain an unfair advantage in any game is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and where necessary, referral to the relevant authorities.

Luxury138 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Confirmed breach of these terms and conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to provide the requested identity verification documents.
• Account closure requested by the member.
• Self-exclusion request on responsible gambling grounds.

If your account is closed for reasons not involving a breach of these terms, any valid remaining balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete. Balances tied to bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements will not be refunded.
